🌈 All children will go through every stage of social and emotional development. This is a process of gaining experience, developing the ability to understand and empathize with others, learning how to control emotions, and form relationships. This process varies by age since it is influenced by many factors such as interactions, environmental conditions, and, more importantly, education and orientation from adults.
🌞 Understanding that and based on the Montessori educational method, IMA always listens, respects, and provides opportunities for children to freely choose, share, and discuss. Children can then express their own feelings and participate in various activities, including individual, group, and whole-class activities. The multi-age classroom is a highlight in developing children’s interactions with friends of different ages, teaching them to cooperate and support each other to learn and experience together.
🔰 However, socio-emotional development is only comprehensive when parents can also create a similar environment at home. Parents should understand the changes in children at each age to help them grow happily. So today, let’s take a look at the children’s milestones of social-emotional development in these photos below:
✨ Especially, parents can save 5% on tuition fee and 100% on facility fee when register your child(ren) for 6 months and above.
