In the fourth week of summer, IMA little learners “set foot” in Egypt – the land of mighty gods, grand monuments, and ancient royal fashion.
In ancient Egypt, clothing was more than just something to wear, it was a symbol of social status and a sacred tribute to the gods. From pure white dresses and shimmering golden shawls to Eye of Horus accessories and majestic pharaoh crowns, each piece of attire carried with it layers of mystical stories and rich cultural meaning.
During the “Egyptian Fashion Show” activity, IMA children transformed into little “princes and princesses,” dressed in carefully crafted costumes prepared by their teachers. Through this experience, the children not only had fun but also developed a variety of important skills:
- Sparking imagination and encouraging lively roleplay
- Building confidence when performing in front of others
- Cultivating aesthetic taste and a sense of beauty
- Nurturing love for culture, history, and ancient civilizations
