Did you know that 70% of a child’s brain and physical development happens during the preschool years? A well-balanced diet is the key to helping your child grow strong, happy, and confident every day.
The Parenting Workshop at IMA Montessori: “Nutrition for kindergarten – A healthy start for a holistic growing journey” offers parents the opportunity better to understand young children’s nutritional and psychological needs while discovering effective, scientific, and positive ways to support them at every mealtime.
Guided by Dr. Nguyen Phuong Anh, Deputy Head of the Department of Nutrition – Dietetics at An Bình Hospital and Lecturer at the Faculty of Nutrition, The Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, will explore:
- The nutritional needs of preschoolers and common mistakes in daily diets
- Principles for building balanced, healthy meals that support strong growth and good digestion
- Understanding children’s eating psychology and forming positive habits to make every meal a joyful experience instead of a “battle.”
